Merged some models together to get this kinda cute, clear and atmospheric art.
With this model you can pretty much achieve anything in your imagination with a 2D anime style art.
Recommended setting:

Sampling Steps > 20

CFG Scale -> 7-9(Not recommended to go over 9, you decide)

Sampling Method -> anything would do

VAE -> There is already an VAE baked into the model so you can set to none or anything that you like
-
Clip Skip -> ~2
Stuff:
This model should not have compatibility issues with character LoRAs and such. The rest is all your imaginations, wish you best on generating images that you like!
