Smoothcuts-Lightning3 (3 STEPS ⚡ ULTRA FAST) [Experimental]版本v0.1-lightning_3steps (ID: 454410)

This is a special, very experimental version of my Smoothcuts model designed to generate images as quickly as possible: 3 or 4 steps! It was created following a "trial and error" approach for lightning weights merging process. It's still in beta version as I have some ideas how to improve the quality of this model for future releases (maybe 2 steps generation? maybe...). Like Smoothcuts, it can generate SFW and NSFW anime images.

Please be aware that this is not a typical model and will not generate images of the same quality as the basic Smoothcuts model. It's not easy to use. However, this version is perfect for ultra-fast iterations and for testing prompts or for low-end hardware. As you can see in the examples images, everything has been generated in 3 steps! It's almost instant generation!

Some users have reported that it works on laptops with 4GB VRAM!

Recommended parameters

Sampler: DPM++ SDE

Steps: minimum is 3. 4 can provide better results. Don't go up (or use the "normal" Lightning version of this model).

CFG Scale: 1.0 - 1.5. 1.4 is a sweet spot.

You can fix faces with ADetailer using no more than 3 steps!

Known issues

The model struggles to make good hands, they may seem unfinished or blurry.
Sometimes you may get problems with the anatomy for complex poses (third leg, too much arms, etc.).
Again, this is not your typical model! It has been designed to generate images as fast as possible.

This model comes with no warranty. Do not use this model for inappropriate purposes.
