Start at 30 steps. Use highres if you want to level-up your art more, use less lines, and what to transition the low-res form into to become better. It also improves hands somewhat.

This lora makes thick outlines and somewhat chickenscratch ones, depending on model, that allow the user to mimic or replicate it for the sake of learning as an artist. It's to bridge the gap between ai and artists and fundamentally teach people to learn how to do art. You can learn from lineart how to do the clothes (which are bad on most loras for sketches), and how to proportionize them. You can also learn how to directly remake something given its outline and change colors if you so choose in edits. It also allows you an easier time to edit or change things if you were to redraw it from the outlines. It's a great tool for learning HOW to make art, and to preview it over-all. Use this lora as a way to learn art and fundamentally cross the bridge to being an artist of your own so you don't have to rely on it all that much anymore. You can still use it, but it's moreso to help you preview things than to be a crutch the rest of life.
