You can get Ikuko's appearance by lowering the weight of the Lora (I use 0.7), put horns in the negative prompt. You can take off or change the clothes. Trained on 92 images (mix of Ikuko[10%], Featherine[85%], and Eua [5%]).

Feel free to use the Lora, BUT Umineko is sacred to me, I don't want people to spread bad rep of AI art, make sure to double check hands/fingers before posting online ;)
