With a strength of 0.4, only the face remains unaffected, so it might be useful if you want to partially transform into a tar-like state. Additionally, if you use another character's Lora and specify colors for ribbons, skirts, etc., those parts won't turn into tar. Therefore, if you wish to have the bronze statue wearing the attire of another character, you can specify the colors of that character's clothing.
