This is one of the less known characters in the Innai Kansen franchise. Saeko appeared in the final installment of the game and was meant to be the female protagonist. But that majong game probably didn't sell well since it didn't really have a hospital theme, the franchise ended and the character isn't well known at all. The training data for this character has been very scarce. I saw this as a challenge to see if I could train a character LoRA with very limited resources, and the result turned out okay.

The model is intentionally under trained, to avoid showing the dominating face /pose from the train data set. She is also the only nurse character from Innai Kansen that you must use a nurse uniform LoRA (can be found on my model list) to draw her in proper nurse outfits. But other than that, she turned out to be pretty flexible and works great with clothing prompts and other LoRAs.
