The flag pattern is not very consistent, but it otherwise seems to work pretty well. You can also add "fairy wings" and "torch, holding torch, purple flame" if you like. I recommend adding "small breasts" (or "flat chest", if you prefer) to the prompt, but have left it out of the trigger words on purpose.

Some style Loras tend to produce a bodysuit instead of the dress and tights. In that case you may wish to add "dress, leggings" to the prompt and/or "bodysuit" to the negative prompt. Other than this, it seems no specific negative prompt is needed. If you find a negative prompt that seems to improve generation, please let me know in a comment!
