This is a lycors\locon you have to use the additional networks extension or the lycoris extension for this to work.

I don't know if most of you even know this character.

This is Bianca from the 5th Pokemon Movie the one with Latias and Latios a wave of nostalgia inspired me to make this lycoris over more popular character.

Keyword is Bianca if you want to dress her up you have to use higher strength in your prompts like 1.2 or more and you have to use a color as well if you just use "blouse" or "top" it will be green 99% of the time.

The model itself works at 1.0 you can adjust it to fit the checkpoint of your choosing. I tried going as low as 0.8 and it still gets it right most of the time. When the hair is portrait wrong then it's a good sign to increase it's strength again.
