Megumin costume cosplay版本v1.0 (ID: 74015)

There are many megumin Loras but there is no cosplay. I decided to fix it

• Lora weight around 0.6-0.8

• Main tag is megustume

• bandaged leg, fingerless gloves, black gloves single thighhigh, choker are recommended, witch hat should generate the right one

• I didn't dry to fix staff and staff holding tags so don't use them

• Cape in UC is recommended because it can shows up without tag
