Upside-down Knee Hang版本v1.0 (ID: 568674)

I thought of this the other day and threw it together real quick.

Works well with either pull-up bar or tree branch

Works best with a weight between 0.5-0.8 (depends on the checkpoint, some work well with 1).

Add barefoot or specify footwear, otherwise it occasionally doesn't generate the legs on the other side of the bar.

Trained it with AutismMix SDXL

I typically use RainPonyXL or Model-EX
