For the new version, weight of 1.0 is fine, I suggest 0.9 when going for "off model" clothing.

From Old Version:

No activation is required, the instance name is shiori_novella and will reinforce.

1.0 will work fine for her main outfit. I suggest between 0.8~0.6 for changing to a different set of clothing, and and around 0.5 plus negative clothing prompts for "clean" nudity.

Her default look will come easily, but using words like: dress, thighhighs, open_jacket, and fingerless_gloves can help a little.
