This is my VBBMCV merge but with a focus on muscle and manliness built in.

This Model merge is meant for generating muscular males from the get go, no need for prompts like muscular, bodybuilder, large muscles or any other prompts with muscle in mind. That said using them will help add size and detail. Important to note that the more focus on you give to muscle the higher chance your gen will be sparsely clothed, possibly even nude. You do not need to use many prompts to add size simply use the prompt "muscular" and raise the strength (max recommendation 1.5), using the other prompts will also add size but will reduce the focus on clothing.

This merge was also designed with manliness in mind, in other worlds hairiness. You will usually not need to add prompts with body or facial hair in mind but using them will help.
