It leans heavily into putting the top arms behind the head, so if you're not looking for that throw (t2up, top hands on head) in the negative prompt.

The best parameters I've found are a weight of 1-1.2, with added ((4arm):1.2), extra arms. You will need to do some cherry picking if you want the upper arms to be not behind the head. For img2img you can up the resolution and use a weight of 0.7ish for the lyco.
