Nothing too sophisticated here. I needed some hedge maze backgrounds for a game project I was working on, so I trained up a LoRA on a bunch of photographs taken inside hedge mazes. End result is a nice little model that can be used to generate those sorts of scenes.

Photos used had no people in them so at higher strength, empty scenery is likely to be generated. For character images I suggest lowering the strength.
