Toko Fukawa and Genocide Jack from Danganronpa. This lora should let you create images of them both in a few different art styles and clothing options.
IMPORTANT: This Illustrious lora is trained on most of the same data as my original flux Toko Fukawa lora with some minor additions and tweaking. The end result isn't quite as flexible as the original but I'm still happy with the results. Additionally, justified or not, I was concerned that the name "Jack" might contaminate training/results. So I always refer to Genocide Jack as Genocider Sho in the training and prompts. Further into this text you'll find some prompt examples that highlight that fact.
I trained using natural language for the captions rather than tags so it should do better with descriptive prompts. However, it does fairly well with a combination of both natural language and tags in the same prompt.
Style
I trained on a few specific image types which you can replicate, to varying levels of success. The styles don't work nearly as well in this lora as my flux version, but they'll still steer things to an extent.
Danganronpa the Animation: Use 'This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa The Animation' in the prompt to emulate the art style from the anime series Danganronpa the animation.
Danganronpa 3 (anime): Use "This is an anime screencap from Danganronpa 3."
Ultra Despair Girls: Use "The image is an anime screencap from Danganronpa Another Episode." However, there's little enough of it in the training data that I don't expect that to have especially good results. Still, you never know!
Sprites from Danganronpa: Mention 'danganronpa sprite style' in the prompt to try emulating the art style of Danganronpa. For example, 'this image is in the danganronpa sprite style'. Despite the name, I trained on full screenshots, with and without the GUI, with this description along with character sprite rips. So in theory it should be able to 'danganronpafy' a full image.
Danganronpa S sprite style: You can push the sprite style a little further by bringing up Danganronpa S like this: "The image is in the danganronpa sprite style with danganronpa S GUI style. The image is from the game Danganronpa S."
Danganronpa 1 sprite style: You can do the same with Danganronpa 1's influence with "The image is in the danganronpa sprite style with danganronpa 1 GUI style. A screenshot from the video game Danganronpa 1."
Clothing
Clothing: You can try different clothing options with prompts like the following:
Standard outfit (Toko): The school uniform Toko wears for most of Danganronpa 1. "Toko Fukawa wearing her uniform from Danganronpa 1. It's a purple Japanese school uniform with a long skirt, a white collar, and a red neck ribbon. Her hair is long dark purple and is kept in two braids behind her. Toko has round glasses with large wire rims which are on her face. Her eyes are grey."
Swimsuit (Toko): The suit Toko wears in Danganronpa S. "Toko Fukawa is wearing her swimsuit from Danganronpa S. The swimsuit consists of a purple bikini top. The top is a halter style that ties behind the neck. The bottom part of the swimsuit is a purple wrap. Toko has long dark purple hair in two braids behind her, grey eyes, and large wire-rimmed round glasses."
Ultra Despair Girls outfit (Toko): This one tends to be inconsistent, but if you want to give it a shot use "Toko is wearing her purple school uniform from Danganronpa Another Episode Ultra Despair Girls and her long purple hair is loose. Toko has several hairclips in her hair." It can probably be pushed in the right direction by tweaking the prompt.
Standard outfit (Genocide Jack): The school uniform Genocide Jack wears for most of Danganronpa 1. "Genocider Sho is wearing her uniform from Danganronpa 1. She has her tongue sticking out and has an evil look in her eyes. She is wearing glasses and a black and white sailor collar uniform with a red neck bow. She has dark purple hair in two braids."
Swimsuit (Genocide Jack): The suit Genocide Jack wears in Danganronpa S. "Genocider Sho is wearing her swimsuit from Danganronpa S. The swimsuit consists of a navy blue bikini top. The top is a halter style that ties behind the neck. The bottom part of the swimsuit is a dark blue wrap. She has dark purple hair in two braids."
Swimsuit without wrap (Genocide Jack): The suit Genocide Jack wears in Danganronpa S, but without the wrap. "Genocider Sho is wearing her swimsuit from Danganronpa S. The swimsuit consists of a purple bikini top. The top is a halter style that ties behind the neck. The bottom part of the swimsuit is a purple bikini bottom. Genocider Sho has long dark purple hair in two braids behind her, red eyes, and large wire-rimmed round glasses. Her large tongue hangs from her open mouth. On Genocier Sho's upper left leg is a tally of her victims written in black."
Ultra Despair Girls outfit (Genocide Jack): This one tends to be inconsistent, but if you want to give it a shot use "Genocider Sho wearing her uniform from Danganronpa Another Episode. She has her tongue sticking out and has an evil look in her eyes. She is wearing glasses and a purple and white sailor collar uniform with a red neck bow. She has dark purple hair in two braids." It can probably be pushed in the right direction by tweaking the prompt.
Accessories: Jack's scissors tend to be hit or miss as far as actually working. But you can try adding them with something like "She's holding scissors in one of her hands." Sometimes they'll refuse to appear, other times they're floating, other times still they'll just be there with Genocide Jack even without prompting. Makes me think that I missed a chunk of instances with them when captioning, but I don't believe that's the case.
Prompting tips
If you're using an Illustrious model then there's a very good chance that there's some material related to danganronpa in particular and Toko in general in there that this lora can hook onto. In particular, using the tag "danganronpa_(series)" and "danganronpa:_trigger_happy_havoc" has a good chance of providing some extra theming. Likewise combining it with the character tag like this "danganronpa_(series),danganronpa:_trigger_happy_havoc, fukawa_toko" for toko or "danganronpa_(series),danganronpa:_trigger_happy_havoc, genocider_shou" for Genocide Jack/Genocider Sho. However, keep in mind that the more of those tags that are used the more variables are being tossed into the mix. At the same time the lora's trying to reign that all in. As with the different models, it's not really objectively a good or bad choice. Just different.
Locations
I didn't try to train on any specific locations, but some of them appeared enough in the training data that you might be able to improve your results by specifying areas from Danganronpa 1.
Training material
The majority of the training data came from Danganronpa 1, Danganronpa S, Ultra Despair Girls, and Danganronpa the Animation. Additionally there's a smattering of Danganronpa 3 and as much official supplementary material added in as possible. The game-related data includes all sprites and a handful of in-game screenshots. LLM captioned, then hand edited.
