She's cutesy and her hair is fluffy and...okay she isn't the most well-defined character, but still cute.

Try using tall or chibi in negatives if she comes out too short. You can also use a body modifier tag like curvy to get better proportions in full body. puffy sleeves in negatives will make the default green dress more accurate.

Caveats

Because of the available images for training, there's a bias for chibi proportions, hair length varies and details in the dress and shoes might be inaccurate, such as the rim of the skirt being white, blue or not appearing at all, and the little fluff decorations on her shoes will hardly ever appear. This will be worked on eventually if I can obtain more suitable images.

Colors might also be on the bolder side, try lowering strength or reducing CFG a little to make it less vibrant.
