Update!

Introducing UltronMorphs!

From here on out, instead of making numerous merges, I will be uploading Loras that morph UltronForever into other all-time favorite models! (where possible of course)

These Loras will likely be only useful for UltronForever, since they're made to "complete" it's mathematical model.

Why is it better? Instead of trusting my judgement on what are the best merge multipliers, you can adjust them yourself on the fly, morphing between two models by any amount!

UltronForever

Most current Ultron family checkpoint version.

Highly male centric. Fully stable natural male anatomy.

Leaning photography, but strong with styles and artists too.

UltronMerge

First Ultron checkpoint. Made with TN-Triforce, MegatronMerge and RuggedResolve-BaraArt.

Male centric. Poor male anatomy.

Very strong styles, artists and random prompting.

UltraNaughty

Noise offset adjust on UltronMerge.

Essentially a very large nighttime Lora. Deep dark image output.

UltraMatureSaturday

UltronMerge remerge, with addition of TN-SaturdayMorningSpecial.

Strong 2.5D and 2D styles.

Otherwise, very similar to UltronMerge.

(Deprecated) UltronBright

The very very first version UltronMerge.

Later adjusted for higher contrast colors.

Output is quite different from non-deprecated UltronMerge. But capabilities, about the same.

(Deprecated) SideB

Intermediate version that led to UltronForever.

Has a male anatomy finetune lora merged in.

Output is quite cooked. But still quite unique.

(Deprecated) UltraNice

Another noise offset adjust on UltronMerge.

Darker than UltronMerge but brighter than UltraNaughty. Big evening time lora.

A bit redundant.

Ultron

Ultron is a male centric/homoerotic, img2img focused, ultra upscale capable checkpoint merge.

Pros

- MegatronMerge output versatility.

- Triforce ultra upscale capability.

- MegatronMerge hands improved.

- Somewhat good at img2img, but a bit too noisy. Needs harder prompting.

- Strong style morph. Remixes artistic styles and mediums with Triforce's 2.5D men.

- Some new imagery. Big improvement in wide aspect ratio (786x512) output. No idea where that came from.

- Even though I call it male-centric, women work really well too. Can't promise genital anatomy tho.

- Random prompting this model is a treat. It's still SD1.5 and needs inpainting for a finished image, but don't think I even cared about random prompts with any of my other merges.

- Variety of styles makes ControlNet reference_only surprisingly strong.

- (UltronForever Only) Fully stable natural male anatomy.

- Works around both 512x512 and 768x768 resolutions.

Cons

- (Fixed in UltronForever) Facial aesthetics suffered a little - guys are not as idealistic as they are in Triforce, but still good looking (from current testing - Triforce facial aesthetic does still appear in certain styles; default face did in fact remix unfavorably with Megatron and BaraArt).

- (Fixed in UltronForever) Triforce male genital tech did not survive the merge. Outlines are often there, but for details - use loras.

- (Fixed with Morphs) In terms of Underpaintingness I found img2img to be quite hectic - too much extra detail and hands are bad (gets better with right negative prompt, but it's not versatile). It's definitely not as good Airfuck's Wildmix and some of the models in TastefullyNude series. In general, prompting with this model is a lot more enjoyable. Even if you're prompting word salad. You can even do heavy prompting over underpainting to produce unique results. It's just that little or no prompting img2img is pretty weak.

Suggestions

- All images, as usual, upscaled with 4x-Ultrasharp upscaler in Ultimate SD Upscale script. For extra crispy detail try 8x_NMKD-Superscale_150000_G too!

- Ultron series models as surprisingly good at generating images around both 512x512 and 768x768 resolutions, while still following the prompt in similar manner.

- My sampler/step combo of choice - DPM++ 2M SDE Karras, 40 steps. But most of anything works with this merge.

- (UltronForever Only) To evoke/inpaint male nudity use 'nude man, penis' at the start of the prompt (some other tags might also work, didn't test it all).

- (UltronForever Only) Increase style and artists weight for greater influence. UltronForever is leaning photography harder especially for men.

- (UltronForever Only) Not confirmed, but it seems like longer prompts produce better results. While 1-5 tag prompts produce weak desaturated output.

- Most of my previews are cherry picked and inpainted, because - if I myself can't make good images with the checkpoint I'm uploading, who tf can?

Remember how I promised to update Underpaintings because original pack sucked??? Me neither...

But here it is! Underpainting Enhanced Edition!

Juicy, colorful, detail rich abstract underpainting pack with 800 cool images!

Grab it in 'Files' section of UltronMerge named as 'Training Data'.

• All images were made with male character in prompt, since that's mostly what I generate myself. But a good third of them don't have a distinct silhouette visible

• Sort by Date inside folder to arrange images by color/prompt.

• 512x768 and 758x512 images are in the pack, but don't forget you can set output size to anything you want - it's all abstract anyway.

• Prompts still included in image metadata - make your own underpaintings if you want.
