After some people asked about it, I dared to take a step from semi-realism to realism. It's not perfect, but maybe you'll like it, realij :)

V1 Showcase images with Euler a, 40 steps, CFG 9, 1,5 hires /without ADetailer.

V2 Showcase images with Euler a, 20-40 steps, CFG 9, 1,5 hires /without ADetailer.

I would recommend using an ADetailer for full body.

by using Hires 1,5 and ADetailer it would look like this:

The more steps u'll take the more details will be added by using ADetailer on face structures. ☺

I would reccomend using Adetailers for fullbody images in every case using Realij.

Mostly I am using hires 1,5 with 0 hires steps and without Adetailer for portraits, but belongs to the image.

If u don't wanna use Hires or Adetailers the quality will be realij low by using low steps in sceneries with further distance but if ur fine with the quality in the images shown above, u can use image setting prompts like

smooth skin, glossy skin, and hyper-realistic with a luminous sheen, porcelain-like effect, slight gradients ,depth,glowing effect, three-dimensional feel,
front studio light, mat eyes, warm light,

for portraits and upper body images.

This are only examples, for sure u can switch belonging on ur own taste.
