Chiaki Nanami - The Ultimate Gamer from Danganronpa 2 and the anime Danganronpa 3. This lora should let you create images with Chiaki in a few different art styles and clothing options.

IMPORTANT: This stable diffusion 1.5 lora is trained on a conversion of my original flux Chiaki Nanami training data. In short, this sd 1.5 lora suffers a bit from being designed for a very, very, different framework. I wrote a system to automatically convert the flux training data to as close to the 1.5 format as possible. But I only did a small amount of manual editing afterward. Still, the testing seems to be giving acceptable results. That said, there are issues. It's probably going to be a bit unpredictable. Elements like parts of the GUI from the games might just randomly show up every now and then. And the system really wants to put cat ears on her sometimes because of her backpack's cat ears. Still, I feel like the results of this conversion were good enough to make public. Plus SD 1.5 just has a certain unpredictable charm to it that I want to support. Just keep in mind that you'll probably need to do more generations to get the results you're looking for than you might expect. For models, I've had the best results for this lora with lustermix 2D, Mistoon_Anime 3.0 and aing diffusion. Likewise, I typically used adetailer for the faces. Additionally the tagging is a little messy. The price payed for automated conversion. Finally, I haven't had time to really test this. There's a VERY good chance that my instructions, suggestions, and examples aren't optimal. Negative prompts in particular can probably push the lora a lot further than what you can see in my examples.

I trained on a few specific image types which you can replicate, to varying levels of success. I tried to include a range of the prompt options in the images so you can easily compare and contrast. But these are the major options.

Danganronpa the Animation: Use the tags 'Danganronpa The Animation, screencap from the anime Danganronpa The Animation, anime' in the prompt to emulate the art style from the anime series Danganronpa the animation.

Danganronpa 3 (anime): Use "screencap from the anime Danganronpa 3, anime"

Sprites from Danganronpa: Use the tags 'danganronpa sprite style, Danganronpa 2 sprite style' or 'danganronpa sprite style, Danganronpa S sprite style' in the prompt to try emulating the art style of Danganronpa. Despite the name, I trained on full screenshots, with and without the GUI, with this description along with character sprite rips. So in theory it should be able to 'danganronpafy' a full image. In practice this doesn't work as well with this SD 1.5 lora as it does with Flux.

Danganronpa S GUI: The text won't work, however I wanted to provide an example of what's in the dataset. You can give it a try with this. Clothing: You can try different clothing options with prompts like the following:

Outfit from Danganronpa 3: This option has a tendency to use the vertical black stripe from her Danganronpa 2 uniform. Likewise its Hope's Peak crest will often appear. This uniform also has a tendency to push the style closer to that of the danganronpa 3 anime. However, to use this uniform you can try "Chiaki Nanami, Danganronpa 3 uniform, brown blazer, cream hooded cardigan, dress shirt, pink ribbon, short dusty pink hair, Galaga hairpin"

Swimsuit from Danganronpa S: "Chiaki Nanami, swimsuit, white bikini top, ruffled, white bow, white bikini bottom, ruffled, short pink hair, curled outwards, side locks curled inwards, short straight bangs, split right, white Galaga hairclip, blossom pink eyes"

The backpack: This one is hit or miss, and more miss than hit. But if you want to try prompting for her backpack try using "pale pink backpack, plush cat head, backpack straps"

Locations: I didn't try to train on any specific locations, but some of them appeared enough in the training data that you might be able to improve your results by specifying areas and tags from danganronpa 2 or danganronpa S. In particular with 'jabberwock island'.

Training material: The majority of the training data came from Danganronpa 2, Danganronpa S, and Danganronpa 3 with as much official supplementary material added in as possible. The game-related data includes all sprites and a handful of in-game screenshots. LLM captioned, then hand edited.
