Example images contain workflow with prompts, just drag them into comfyui window. Best compatibility with fp8_e4m3 precision and long sentences in prompts.
Besides that, latest comfyui commit increasing fp8 precision speed significantly with 4000+ series cards when using --fast flag, so I highly recommend to use that.
