Hello everyone,

Since the release of the flux-training for the AI Toolkit, I've been experimenting with creating various LoRAs. So far, I've made about ten, including one based on myself, and the results have been amazing.

Today, I'm excited to share my first public release. Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress. I plan to continue refining and training additional versions, and I'll update this space with any improvements.

This LoRA is focused on Saya Hiyama, the renowned Japanese weather news anchor.

Training Details:

Software Used:

• AI Toolkit: For training the model

• SnapIt: Developed by nibbler.digital, used for capturing specific areas of your desktop at a precise size

• My AI Server: Running on Ubuntu without a desktop environment

Hardware:

• RTX 4090: 24GB VRAM

Settings (Modified from the default AI Toolkit configuration):

• The only change I made was increasing the training steps from 2000 to 2500. Both 2000 and 3000 steps yielded good results, so it may depend on your images and specific requirements.

In Comfy, I set the LoRA strength to 1.25. Sometimes 1.00 works well, and occasionally 1.10 is a better fit. I recommend experimenting to find what works best for you.
