Best results seem to be between 0.8-1 and the higher end sometimes you can get some weird issues because of the lack of training on full body parts.

SDXL: To get less white hair, used `(white hair:0.8)` with `dyed bangs`.

On Pony, the white hair is a bit less, so you might need to help with more prompts or just more generations.
