Give Your Characters a Voice with Everly Heights Talk Mouth Pony XL!

Introducing Everly Heights Talk Mouth Pony XL, an SDXL LoRA model for animators looking to create mouth shapes for lip sync in character animation built on the popular Pony SDXL base model. This powerful tool allows you to inpaint phonemes directly onto your character’s mouth so you can sync the character's voice in programs like Adobe Character Animator or ToonBoom.

SAMPLE XYZ GRID (DOWNLOAD + DRAG INTO PNG INFO):

Download the PNG below (Right Click + Save As), then drag it into AUTOMATIC1111's PNG info tab to generate 40 options for lip sync. Not every mouth will come out perfect, but you'll have at least a few options for every mouth position. Using the TXT2IMG tab with a locked seed will give you only mouths. I recommend making your character first, then inpainting in the IMG2IMG tab using the LoRA. Make sure to only mask out the mouth in your sample character image.
