Dual LoRA, Fixed up tags a little and fixed some as well. Tired some new setting and I think its working nicer this time.

Named it v0c as I'm not sure if I'll need to update it once more. Not sure what more I can do to help it. May need to just make some AI images to help the data set as its most likely too low for some of the outfits. So I'll save v1 for that if needed.
