The breathing device doesn't always generate, or looks sort of off. Gender isn't tagged because male and female Benzites look the same, so feel free to add tags like male or female or 1boy or breasts, etc to generate them. ?

I recommend using Adetailer (a guide here), bad-hands-5, and easynegative (used in all example images) for best results.
