As I write this (Mar 16, 2023) Civitai has just changed their buzz pricing policy for creating LORAs. The last LORA I made, two days ago, cost me 500 buzz, but would have cost me 4000 buzz today. So, this is made differently than my past LORAs and may need helpers to get the results you desire.

This was trained primarily with photos of Diane Franklin from the 80s and 90s, but current photos offered better resolution and finer detail, and she appears to be in her late-40s as a default in most images. Particularly, the "Midage" one, as a negative prompt.
