The model is rather strong, a strength of 0.5 was sufficient to generate a realistic image.
A stronger usage tends generate more Barbie-style results.. ;)
LoRA and previews are generated using Cyberrealistic v 3.3 , and the Detail-Tweaker LoRA (0.5), but other realistic models are working too.
